When searching for a rental, keep the following in mind:


  • If you prefer to be waking distance away from shops and restaurants, then look for In Town rentals. Keep in mind, most Palm Beach In Town rentals are two bedrooms averaging 1,150 to 1,550 sq-ft.
  • If you prefer condominiums with larger square-footage, including 3 bedrooms or more, look to the South Condos or West Palm Beach
  • If you are looking for a home to rent, think about In Town, North End, Estate Section or West Palm Beach, depending on your budget
  • If you would like condo rental with Ocean or Intracoastal views, think about the South Condos first, then In Town
  • If you like a more active lifestyle, including tennis and golf, look in the South Condos, In Town and West Palm Beach
  • If you would like a home with deeded beach access, look on the North End


SEASONAL RENTALS

For Seasonal Rentals, plan your budget knowing that all funds are due upfront at lease signing - including rent paid in full, plus typically one month security deposit, plus any applicable Bed Tax and pet deposits.


PETS

Since there are very few pet rentals, call us to guide you to pet friendly buildings and rentals.
